Get to know our talented chef from Bad Hofgastein: After a thorough apprenticeship in his home town, he gained valuable experience in renowned kitchens, including a decade at the Hotel Sonne in Ischgl and a summer season with Sepp Schellhorn. Inspired by the traditional recipes of his grandmothers and parents, he brings a breath of fresh air to old home cooking with a pinch of creativity and a clear focus on regional ingredients, transforming even the simplest ingredients into an impressive menu.
